Grand jury looking into Warren, Michigan, garbage truck purchases

In a public corruption probe, a federal grand jury is looking into a Michigan city's dealings with a trash-hauling contractor and the city's business with the company that operates Detroit's waste-to-energy facility, the Warren (Mich.) Weekly reported.
