A **U.S. District Court jury** has convicted Paul David Musgrave, 57, of Warhaw, North Carolina for **conspiring to defraud** Mutual Federal Savings Bank of Troy, Ohio and the Small Business Administration of **$1,715,600 in seeking financing for a tire recycling operation**. According to a [statement](http://www.fbi.gov/cincinnati/press-releases/2013/jury-convicts-owner-of-tire-recycling-company-of-defrauding-small-business-association) from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Musgrave submitted false information in a loan application for Dayton International Tire Recycling, a small business intending to recycle tires. Musgrave faces up to 30 years imprisonment, a $1 million fine and five years of supervised release on each count.

**Coors Brewing Company** has announced that it is entering a partnership with **Recyclebank**, the company that rewards people for taking every day green actions with discounts and deals.
